Returns & Exchanges
All Mail Club products, jewelry, original paintings, and prints are custom made with care. Because of their made-to-order nature, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. ♡
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and ready-to-ship jewelry are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at help@our-lore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly review the issue and make it right.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You may cancel a pre-order if it hasn’t been fulfilled or entered production. After that, it cannot be canceled. To request cancellation of a pre-order, send an email to help@our-lore.com.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order, please email help@our-lore.com within 48 hours of purchase. However, we do not accept cancellations for prints at this time.
For all other orders, you may cancel an order within 48 hours, provided it hasn’t been fulfilled or entered production for a 5% cancellation fee. Please email your cancellation request to help@our-lore.com within 48 hours of purchase.
