Our Lore Mail Club
Are my purchases final sale?
Because our products are custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo to help@our-lore.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
When will I get my order?
I ship out mail at the end of each week. Domestic US subscribers will receive their mail in around 1-5 days after receiving the shipping email confirmation. Global subscribers may take between 7-20 days.
I use Forever stamps and Global Forever stamps which do not provide tracking.
- Subscribe between the 1st and 16th to get that month's mail.
- Subscribe on or after the 17th will receive the following month's mail.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders, domestic US and globally.
Where are your products made?
Everything in the Our Lore mail club is designed and fabricated by myself. Some products I may use a printing service.

Fine Jewelry
Shipping
All gold/platinum items will ship fully insured and require a signature. International packages ship via UPS and will have the full item amount declared on the package. International customers are responsible for any custom/duty tax owed to your country.
Once I complete your piece, processing is done in 2–5 business days + shipping. You can choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout.
Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our rings, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Made to Order rings begin production 48 hours after your order is placed. You may request changes within that time period. You may request a cancellation within that time period for a 5% cancellation fee. Changes made after your ring has begun production will incur a 20% remake fee.
Metals
I work with solid 14k and 18k white, yellow and rose gold, and platinum. Most of my white gold rings will have rhodium plating to improve the brightness.
Ring Size
I work with standard U.S. sizes.
If you're unsure about your ring size, I recommend to visit your local jewelry shop for a professional measurement or order a ring sizer online. For resizing, it’s best to adjust within 2 ring sizes to maintain the ring’s structure and design. You can have your ring resized locally.
Gemstones
I offer precision-cut gemstones that I've personally designed and cut. I can also source gemstones for you. Send an email to help@our-lore.com if you would like me to source gemstones for you!

Original Paintings
For original paintings, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours from purchasing for a 5% cancellation fee. Once the painting has shipped, it can not be cancelled or refunded.
If your print or painting arrived defective or damage, please email a photo to help@our-lore.com within 48 hours of delivery.
